They have no sting. But they're everywhere in South Texas. They love sugar and fat. The best way to kill them is to put out a saucer of vegetable oil out in the open. They will crawl over their dead comrades to get to the oil, and drown in it.
Wicked weird buggers.

they're the little ants that get into the house and walk around on the countertops. They like sugar, so they'll take a sweet bait back to the nest and kill everyone with it. They don't bite or chew on wood -- they just piss you off!
