Is that he's made it so that he's the first thing I think about when I wake up and the last thing before I go to sleep. Almost ever waking thought is of how to best get rid of him and how badly we need to. I'm a big Flyers and Eagles fan. I don't think I've watched a whole game all season. I can't concentrate on them. They don't matter to me. I'e got to help get rid of guy that might send my kids off to die. I used to enjoy reading books on a range of topics, even fiction. Now all I want to read is political commentary. I'm reading Lies and on deck is Wealth and Democracy. I can't even get Stephen King's new Dark Tower book because I know it's not important. For a while there I finally had my web use under control and was getting sleep. Now I read until 10 or 10:30 and wind up on the net 'til 12 midnight, mostly here, analyzing the minutia of an election almost a year away. After moving back to the Philly area only a couple of years ago I'm now left wondering how to get my wife to move to Canada or some other civilized country. I hate George Bush because he has taken my life. I've let him. Getting rid of him is all that matters. DAMN!

You are obsessed! You need to take a calm down and FOCUS! He is not worth getting your guts in a knot all day over...it doesn't hurt him one bit but puts a strain on your health.
Come here to vent and get active....register new voters, make sure Diebold doesn't rig the election, support the candidate of your choice, but stop getting an ulcer over it....

exactly what ya mean. I'm neglecting all homework to be on this website. I'm glad I didn't get any political books because I'd be spending several more hours on that. I'm addicted to DU, constantly refreshing to see new threads...

Atleast when I'm at school I do focus on non political stuff because my major isn't related to politics, but if anyone starts me on politics...Well let's just say I'd be ranting about the sh*t goin on now! So I tend to avoid talk of it (though my generally apolitical friends also dislike *).
