I have given up MEN AT WORK
Four good songs. Twenty years. It is enough.

2. Something they eat in Australia, I guess.
I'm not sure if I want to know what's inside.

3. If you've not been to Oz, you likely wouldn't know
Vegamite is a blackish, vegetable-like paste that people down there use like we do peanut butter.

I believe it's made from shit.

4. Pretty much....
As an Aussie I just couldn't resist a response on what is probably the most internationally debated thing about Aus, "is vegemite shit".

For most tastes the answer is probably an emphatic yes. It's actually made from yeast extract, a great way to recycle the waste from brewing beer. (The english version, well I think it's english, is made from vegetables, be we like beer, not vegies)

If ever you get a chance to try it, DO NOT use it like peanut butter. It needs to be spread very thinly, about half a teaspoon at the most for a sandwhich. If you use it like peanut butter, well you might as well was it down with a bottle of soy sauce while you're there, the soy sauce would be less salty :-)
