I blew up at a Bitch tonight

I don't go nuts on anyone but this woman grated on my last nerve and I don't feel good tonight so I BLEW UP!

I was helping out with the Gingerbread House Making this weekend and we were working real hard without a food break. In another Kitchen this Bitch had baked up some croissants and at our Culinary College we all help ourself to whatever is being made if they are extras.

The Bitch had two cookie sheets full of horrible looking croissants that didn't even brown but I was desperate and hungry so i grabbed one. About 5 Min's later she is up in my face reading me the riot act and telling me not to grab someone Else's food. Mind you the Bitch was eating someone Else's Chocolate Moose at the time.
I had taken only one bite of the horrible greasy Croissant and It was still in my hand and I didn't know what to do.
Being tiered and all I was in a very pissy mood and she acted like I was a brand new student and she was a boss. BTW the other students call her Boss Hogg because her last name sounds like Hogg.
I asked her If she wanted it back with the bite missing and she was screaming at the top of her lungs NOOOOOO. This BITCH was nuts so I told her that I would pay her .25 cents for the shitty croissant but I didn't say shitty. Then she went nuts beyond repair so I took it and tossed it in the garbage in front of her face.

My Chef in Pastry heard her going nuts so I told her that the "Boss" was yelling at me for taking a croissant. She then went in and took a croissant and told her that they tasted horrible and they were not brown and she must have let the butter get warm. The "Boss" was steaming at that point.

Well, I come in today and the "Boss" is standing at a table making an apple dumpling and I walked past her. I gave the "Bitch" a half pound of fancy butter and told her that she should try to make them at home again. She started freaking out and telling me that another student shouldn't tell another student what to do.
At that point I said I beg your pardon weren't you on my GD back last night. She then said that she was a TA and I asked the teacher in her face if she was a TA and she said NO.
I told the "Boss" that I was the TA for that class and my Teacher told her that I was and she freaked out even further.

Hell when everyone gets tiered shit happens in kitchens.

I then told her that the reason that her croissants didn't come out was that she needed more experience at making them and it takes time.
I told her to put them in the refrigerator as she goes along and to take it easy or nothing will come out right.

We almost had to call an ambulance because this nut case was flipping out big time. All of the students hate her because she is another student just like they are but she pushes them around.

Damn I had some fun tonight because she was so damn rude.

She gave me the butter back and she wanted to tell me to shove it but the Chef was standing right there.

THE BOSS AND I HAVE SOMETHING IN COMMON SHE HAD HER STOMACH STAPLED AT THE SAME PLACE THAT I DID BUT SHE HAS ANOTHER 200 POUNDS TO GO.

Bullies are everywhere, and management or whoever is the boss should really take control of the situation. And they WONDER why there are so many "blowups" or whatever at work between co-workers. :eyes: These troublesome people are SO well known it's not funny. :(

I've snapped after people freaking out on me. Women suck, and women like that suck even harder. Don't get me wrong, I like other women on a person to person basis...but in general, I think women are annoying and whiny, and that chick takes the cake. Pardon the pun.

We all talk to each other because we know how hard it is not to be able to eat.
When you go to the Group Therapy meetings they tell you to help each other because we are "Lab Rats".
The rest of us know that we all need to help each other but no one will talk to the Bitch because she hates the world.
She does not take criticism from Teachers or help from her lab partners which we are suppose to do.
She boses the Teachers and Students around and she is miserable. I know where she is coming from because I was miserable before when I was 290 but you don't take it out on others.
She has so much rage that she should have a knife in her hands.

...calls me into the office for yet another session of browbeating, I'm going to look him in the eye and say:

"I've been in the workforce now for over 20 years. During that time, I've never--and I mean never!--had this much trouble on a job. And you know what else? After putting up with all this anal-retentive bullshit for the past four years, I'm sick and goddamned tired of it, and I quit."

At which point, I'll turn around and walk off the job without another word.
