15. For those that want to experience this themselves, here's the recipe.

1 jar (26oz) of your favorite tomato sauce
1 1/2 cup water
1 container (15oz) ricotta
2 cups (8oz) mozzarella
1/4 cup parmagiano reggiano
1/4 cup asiago
8 oz uncooked ziti

Put everything into a bowl (aside from 1 cup mozzarella) and combine well. Pour into a 13.25x9-5/8x2-3/4 inch pan. Bake for 55 covered with foil. Then remove the foil, sprinkle the last cup of mozzarella then bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.

That's it! :)

Oh yeah, you can play with the cheeses to your own taste if you like.
