22. That's My Combo, Too!
6 Minutes on Eliptical on a constant resistance of 12.

Then, 2 sets, 15 reps per set of:
Bench: 60#
Leg Press: 90#
Ab Press: 100#
Leg Curl: 80#
Curl: 40#
Reverse Ab: 100#
Leg Extension: 80#
Reverse Curl: 30#

Then i go on the station bike at a setting of 6 for 3 mintues to warm down. Three days a week. But, gotta have my discman, so i can listen to tunes while doing it. I'd never get through the 25 minutes otherwise.

3. As they say,

fat is a down payment on a heart attack.

I wish I could run worth a damn, but I can still hit the stairs pretty hard and outlift all of the young punks in the gym.

9. Swimming. Once in the pool doing laps, not a care in the world...
After about 10 minutes, all the everyday worries have melted away. You can vary your strokes, go under, above, whatever.

It's very calming.

17. Ride my bike to work (5 miles),
lift weights at the gym so my shoulder tendons won't get hissy and my knees will stay cooperative and my back won't quit. Practice my martial arts forms for the relaxation & so I can keep my claim of being a tough scary guy. My daughter climbs the rock wall at our gym at least 3 times weekly & loves it - it has really buffed her up, too. I also from time to time do swimming, walking, sword martial art forms. You gotta mix it up to minimize the boredom.

19. Started back to exercising a couple of months ago
I'm enjoying it, I think I forgot how good it can make you feel. I go to 4 aerobics classes a week and lift weights, I like the free weights better than the nautilus type machines. If I manage to quit smoking on Monday, I want to start running again.

24. Rowing?

What, some east coast poofy crew who can't row on their favorite, flat, open sewer in the winter due to icebergs of solid fecal matter?

Who's stroke has a crab fetish and can't keep a beat?

Who's cox is a product of bonsai surgery coupled with an elaborate inbreeding program?

;)

Bit of fun, that is.
