1. I sold mine just in time, I guess.
I needed the money at the time, so I pawned it.

And it sure looks like I'll never get another one.

5. big piece of crap
plugging a little piece of crap. if the radio didn`t cost so much,i`d smash it with a hammer. never seen a radio that costs so much and engineered so badly.

7. My 1947 Stromberg-Carlson has an "Accoustical Labirynth"..
Like the Bose does. Folded loading tubes aren't new, WECO had them in the 30's...

the Stromberg sounds good, as does the National NC-183D The S-C has both FM bands, though, the National doesn't.
