the drooping mouth, the glazed-over eyes, the contorted posture with arms flailing trying to remain standing.

I've seen it before. He just looks STOOPID.

from planes. if I remember there are several previous photos showing him banging his head, stumbling out, dropping his dogs etc. Any one able to put the collection together?
