What's the biggest Compliment a Chef in Training can get?
My Baking Chef Teacher asked me if she could take the bread home that I made tonight and serve it at her family gathering for Thanksgiving.
I had only made the bread several times and she loved them so much she asked if she could take them home.
I am so happy because my love is baking Bread. Outside of cooking of course.

Chiabatta, 5 Braided Challah and a loaf Of Sour Dough was the bread that I made and I am floating on cloud 9 right now because I made a bread that a Chef would serve to her family and I don't mean her kids because she is single just like me.

2. "Come work at my restaurant. I'll pay you well and make you famous."
But yeah, taking your bread home for dinner is good, too.

6. That Is A Big Compliment
Outside of grilling steaks, my biggest compliment has been "I can eat it this time."

9. A Wonderful Compliment indeed
When another chef really wants to eat something you've cooked it can change your entire outlook! Good work, Corarose.

The most satisfying moments for me have been seeing recipes that I've developed myself put on a menu. It means the exec trusts your ability enough to gamble a part of his business on you. Then when one of your creations becomes a menu favorite, it makes you remember why you love to cook.

Hang in there! :hi:

13. "More Please"... "Are There Seconds?" ... "May I Have That Recipe?"
Those are three that I can think of.
