5. Hmmm...actually dragging myself out of bed.
I have all my clothes ready the night before. There's no way in Hell I'd match if I got ready in the morning.

7. Taking care of the dog.
He won't go downstairs without me. It doesn't matter if my husband is up. He has to get me out of bed, too. He'll let my husband sleep all day.

9. Out of control cats....
They always pick early in the AM to start bouncing off the walls. Back when I used to have to get up early and go to work,it was a real pain every morning to keep them from sneaking into my room before I left for the day. They would trash my room,so I had to keep the door shut all day. Now that they are a bit older it isn't much of a problem.

16. Getting up to............
take the dog for a walk. She's 13 years old and her bladder isn't what it used to be. I can't risk not taking her out early. After that's over, I'm wide awake and couldn't go back to bed if I wanted to.
I love the old dog, but when she's gone I'll never get another. I'd love to lay in bed past 9:00 every morning (I'm retired), but she won't allow it.

20. Being expected to be present
for anything in the morning. I am SO not a morning person. I really don't want to be conscious before 10 or 11. EVER. Unfortunately, there's this pesky need to earn a living...
