I thought the Dukes were pretty good and Willie Nelson and Burt Reynolds were pretty damn funny. I actually liked the movie a lot. It even had a great political message since the good-ole-boy Dukes were in the role of defending the environment against wealthy power brokers. Its a great blueprint for making Democratic gains in the South with populist themes.

13. Ok, I watched the original Dukes and I'll give you Willie & Burt

But I though that Knoxville and Scott did these horrible parodies of what the Dukes were like in the actually TV show. Luke Duke (Johnny Knoxville) came off as some horndog slut whereas Bo (Willian Shawn Scott) came off as some dimwit when he was actually near someone of the opposite sex.

I would have rather they reigned in some of this 'romance' department and focused more on the ingenuity of the brothers to out-run the police and use homegrown methods of getting out of trouble. Instead we had caricatures of Bo & Luke playing off the worst possible characteristics of each.

I look at both the show and movie as dumb fun so I have low expectations. I view it as 14 year old entertainment like Beavis and Butt-head, which I also love.

In fact, I just got home from a night out on the town with my female colleagues, and I jokingly told our waitress that the food was so good I think I might have to get another size jeans, and she replied, 'Naw, girl, you look GOOD. Men like a little booty, I don't care what anybody says!'. haha. So I told her that I agreed and that I would rather have my little bit of booty than be a stick figure like in the magazines, to which she responded, 'OH, yeah, you look good - don't you worry about it!'. So then I said, 'And I don't understand why everybody says Jennifer Lopez has a huge ass - she looks hot to me, she looks like a real women you'd see in real life, not airbrushed, not starved to death!'. And, of course, the waitress agreed. We were practically high-fiving each other. haha

So thanks - this has been a great night for me! bwhahahaha.

Caveat: I do not have the same face as Rachael. Same coloring, but not the same face. People say I look like Six on Blossom or John Stamos's wife on Full House, usually. What celebrity do you most resemble?
