What should I make out of the "Cookin' with Dr. Pepper" cookbook?

3. Actually, they used to put anti-freeze in it!
Polyethelene glycol, the active ingredient in anti-freeze. Not sure if they still use it though. I stopped drinking Dr Pepper when the Carlyle Group bought em.

9. I assume you saw the FoodTV
show that debunked the Dr. Pepper/prune juice myth? The guy said that they have never used prune juice in Dr. Pepper. That's not to say it doesn't have a similar effect as prune juice on the digestive system. I love urban legends.

10. No I didn't
It's a myth? Well, I'll be. I heard it years ago. It sure tastes like prunes...

5. Dr. Pepper makes a great beef marinade
and I've also used it as plant fertilizer. I'd love to peruse that cookbook. Voted for spoonburgers, because I have no idea what they are.
