1. And Star Trek watching
Hey, who needs sports to drink beer. Let Will Pitt know, he likes beer too.

2. Sorry to say so: but you have no chance
I mean with the Czechs, the Irish and the Germans in the competition you might as well start playing soccer . And that's counting Bud &co - hardly beer if you ask me.

3. Who Counts Bud?
We have a growing industry of Microbreweries that are capable of producing honest, non-hyped brews of every flavor.

I am worried about the German competition though.

4. Germans are outclassed by the Czech
Maybe not in quality(that's open to discsussion), but in consumption: the per capita annual beer consumption is 160l(rising) in the Czech Republic, 150l(stagnating) in Ireland, 120l(falling) in Germany. In the US it's 80l(rising). The statistic probably includes Bud and Miller (as well as German crimes to beerdom like Holsten, Oettinger, Sternburg,...).

Would never say a thing against American Microbrew - beats any industrial product without breaking a sweat (but goes down well if you do).
