New Pic thread! New pictures of my munchkins and our dog, Buddy

Since I am usually the last one to post a picture on pic threads, I am starting this one!

1. My pug.

2. As one who has grandkids,

and cats, I have the moral authority and the unique qualifications to say your munchkins and muttly are adorable!!!!!!!!! (Muttly is not a derogatory term - I call my beloved cats Fuzzbutts.) :P

7. Oh, he is definitely a "Muttly"! We have no idea what breeds are

mixed together with him. Obviously a little German Shepard, but we don't know what else.

He is a great dog, though. He is very loving and gentle with the kids.

10. That is a Golden Retriever smile on that mutt!

They are tops with kids... especially sweet little blonds. Guess they think they are their own little furless puppies, or so the 90 pound hound tells me about his little blond sweetheart.

15. We thought he might have some Golden in him...he is so good

natured. The kids come up and grab him and hug him; my son will stick his hand in Buddy's mouth. He just sits there. We lucked out when we adopted him.

24. Webbed feet?

Sure sounds like he has Golden temprement!

And adopted dogs/cats frequently realize the good gig they landed. They are pretty appreciative of a good family to be a part of.

27. He doesn't have webbed feet. He has the shorter snout and floppy

ears, though.

We have no idea what his history is -- the shelter told us he was about two years old when we adopted him, but we think he might have been just over a year. He is such a puppy and still chews whatever he can get a hold of.

We think he may have been on the street for awhile because he is such a scavenger. When we got him, he was skin and bones. It took awhile before you could no longer see his ribs.

32. The constant mouthing of things is also a retriever trait

Our dog knows what he can legally chew the dickens out of. He loves to just mouth things too. And he also loves to steal illegal items and wave them at us, making like he will chew them if we don't give chase. He just wants to play.

18. So cute!! They are all so happy. I think Buddy thinks he's

one of the kids. But he also looks like he'll take care of them no matter what. He does look like a German Shepherd/Golden mix.
