Need Help: American President Quote

Does anyone have this exact quote from the American President movie...I'm looking for the one when they are talking about the Richard Dreyfuss character and somebody says something like, "I don't know how someone who claims to love America clearly hates Americans" or something like that. Am I close?

somewhere...I keep posting whenever that movie comes on, because the speech Shepard delivers in the press room is one the Dems should be listening to...and repeating.

after Oklahoma city and referring to the militias....paraphrase...'how can you claim to love this country yet hate its goverment"....
