just tossing them in some Frank's Wing Sauce kicked up with black pepper and a little garlic

5. Thank God you said "blue cheese" instead of "ranch". I went to

college near Buffalo and love wings. I now live in Southern California. I am a Bills fan and the Bills fan club used to meet at a local bar to watch the games. I was early for the first game of the season a few years back and ordered wings. They were served with ranch dressing. I called the bartender over and said, "You are about to have 200 Buffalo Bills fans in your bar. If you serve ranch with your wings, you are going to spend all of your time running back to the kitchen for blue cheese. Do yourself a favor, get me some blue cheese and never, ever serve ranch dressing with hot wings again."

For those of you in the Los Angeles area, The Hot Wings Cafe serves amazing wings!! There is one in Glendale and one in Pasadena.
