1. I voted internal clock... |
|
Unless I got seriously trashed the night before, or went to bed extremely late (or, more likely, both), I always wake up between 8 a.m. and 8:15 a.m.

I work second shift so there's no need for me to get up that early in the morning. If I do need to be up at a certain time though, I use my cell phone alarm clock.

There were a few times the satanic garbagemen arrived before 5:00 in the morning. :grr:

7. Pretty much internal clock with a music kicker |
|
Just in case. I get up at 3:20 every morning and 9 times out of 10, I'm awake about 5 minutes before the alarm goes off. It's extremely rare for me to need it. I've always been like that.

And lately, that hasn't even been enough. Getting by on 3 hours of sleep a night (average) probably isn't helping.

13. Funny you bring this up |
|
My wife was justy yelling at me about my 'routine' that I have fallen into since being late for work about a year ago (I have since changed jobs and being a few minutes late is no longer a big deal anymore)
I set four alarms all in 10-15 minute successions, two next to my bed and two at different places across the room...the logic being that I can't turn off the alarm next to my bed in my sleep and go back to sleep anymore.
I have to cut it out though, she is getting ready to kill me. She says it sounds like a fucking casino in our room every morning with all the bells and beeps going off!
