Black Angus in Fountain Valley at 4:00 PM on Sunday February 19. Just an informal get-together to meet other DUers. Can you be there? There will be others from down South... :bounce:

I have cousins coming either that weekend or the next. They will be heading back up to their home in British Columbia from Yuma, AZ (yep, snowbirds).

If they don't come that weekend, I will definitely try to come up.

They come up to eat the cat food when they need it. And once, a fox chased one of our ferals out of the backyard. What a sight!

I was thinking that was Redding at right center, just above the cloud, but I compared it to a map and it's probably Weed.

You were going south and the mountain was on your right, huh?

Edit: Right... left... whatever. :eyes:

52. I was in line behind a couple of kids at Best Buy a couple of months ago
They couldn't have been older than 16 and they had one item to purchase: "Reefer Madness." They were talking about how hilarious they'd heard it was. I told them they heard right -- and it was probably the first thing they were glad to hear from an "old" person in weeks.

Thanks for the education.

45. it turns out, they are very interesting creatures.
This one was a female, whose bite is supposedly painful. She was very lethargic- we at the office though she may have just laid eggs and was dying. They don't eat as adults.

The Aztec word for raccoon is mapache (ma-pa-chay).

It has two other meanings: 'little hands' and 'thief'

I'm just crazy about them!
