I've wanted to do that for a while but am woefully lacking in the requisite html skills. :(

6. I'll tell you as best I can.

enter "[link:" followed by the address of the site
to which you want to link (minus the "http://"),
followed by "|", foillowed by the address of the
picture, and a closing bracket ("]") .

This is how I did my link for the DNC site:
