Whale Swims up Thames
A whale was today seen swimming up the Thames past Westminster.

The creature was identified as a northern bottle-nosed whale, according to Richard Sabin, whales and dolphins expert at the Natural History Museum. It is the first sighting of the species on the Thames since records began in 1913, he said.

3. I hope they figure out a way to get the poor thing turned around and
head back out to sea.

I mean I can understand wanting to see parliament and Big Ben and what not, but I wouldn't want the poor whale to get stranded on a sand bar or anything.

4. Hope not. Dolphins often hang around human things for a bit. Don't know
why it is so far north.

5. Look what showed up in Corpus Christi Bay this week
Two Northern right whales. They are normally found off the east coast of Florida this time of year so they would have had to head south from there then turn into the gulf of Mexico. I never saw them but here is the video.
