Seems kinda quick, wouldn't you say?

But I'm happy. Stronger heart. More blood circulation. Not tiring so quickly. Feeling a bit better. Stronger erections. You name it! Whee!

3. There's a difference between bringing up sex and making double-entendres.
"bringing up" is not meant to be a pun, BTW...

5. I started exercsing four days a week in a regular gym Jan 1st
Edited on Fri Jan-20-06 06:36 PM by DanCa
It hurts like hell and I still can't do the treadmill more than five minutes before my legs start shooting out all over the place. But I lost ten pounds. Hang in there it's worth it.

9. Quite...
I can still barely do the 2 minutes of fast running up an incline (about 144 steps up and then 144 back down) - 4 times per day at random intervals, but the arm work is getting somewhat easier.

11. Dont sell yourself short
Remember were giving it are all. Right now am having problems lying straight back on a bench. I can do the incline with no problems however. I just really resent the fact that my disability insurance doesn't carry physical therapy any more.

15. DanCa
mix it up a bit. Get on that treadmill for five minutes, then get off and do some free weights for a few minutes, then get back on that treadmill. BE CONSISTENT and you WILL SEE RESULTS.
