I do like Philadelphia to beat Carolina. I also think Baltimore can beat San Francisco.
On Monday, the Jets will be tough. They got off to a bad early start, but New York will give Tennessee trouble. I think they'll pull off the upset.

5. I picked SF over Baltimore because... |
|
San Francisco is due for a road win because they're 0-5 on the road this year. Philly been shaky but I'd root for them to win over Carolina thaough. Tennessee was picked over the Jets because Tennessee is tough on monday night and McNair is red hot right now.

He's listed as questionable. Billy Volek will get the start if McNair can't go.

8. Brooks has a gimpy knee.... |
|
We just signed RB Lamar Smith again I'll be surprised if we don't have a rookie WR in our 3 receiver set.
OTOH, our D's played up this season. <knock wood>
All that payroll for the 'skins and they don't have a franchise QB? (That kind of answers itself.)
Deuce is the variable, I think.

I'd love to see it, but I'd take that bet. i.e., AZ + 13. Any takers?

12. I like your reasoning |

But if "Slash" is playing in place of Chandler, it'll be an interesting afternoon. The defense looks much better, but the offense sucks.

11. I wish I had more confidence in the Vikes than you have. |
|
Edited on Fri Nov-28-03 12:01 AM by northwest
Let's just bet on Bulger still being a crappy QB. If he fucks up, the Vikes have a shot. I never feel good when the Vikes travel to St. Louis's dome, though. I'm always afraid we're gonna get our asses kicked. The 1999 playoff game at the Rams started all the anxiety. But the Rams aren't nearly as good as they used to be, but I'm still concerned.
