11. Stop! I've just decided there won't be an election next year.
We already know that my family's cronies in Texas will win that State (34 electoral votes), my bro Jeb has assured I'll get Florida (27 electoral votes), Ahnold is doing everything he can to win California (55 electoral votes). That's 116 electoral votes right off the bat!
Religious nuts can easily steal Alabama (9 votes), Kansas (6 votes), Mississippi (6 votes), North Carolina (15 votes), Oklahoma (7 votes), South Carolina (8 votes), and Virginia (13 votes). Those States add up to 64 votes. Add that to the 116 mentioned above and the new total is 180. Since 270 is the magic number, it will be extremely easy to get 180 electoral votes.
The following States can be stolen with a 50% chance of success: Arizona (10 votes), Arkansas (6 votes and I'm still shocked I stole those votes is 2000), Colorado (9 votes), Idaho (4 votes), Indiana (11 votes), Kentucky (8 votes), Louisiana (9 votes), Montana (3 votes), Nebraska (5 votes), North Dakota (3 votes), Tennessee (11 votes), Utah (5 votes), West Virginia (5 votes), and Wyoming (3 votes). These 50-50 States add up to 92 votes. If you add those 92 to the 180 I mentioned before, that's 272=I'm re-selected!
I don't even need the following States to destroy 4 more years of your life: Alaska, Connecticut, Delaware, D.C., Georgia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Nevada, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Vermont, Washington, and Wisconsin.

*Ok everyone the satire will end now.*

Seriously, the above mountain of information is how I see next November's election turning out. I hate to say it but I'm scared Dubya will be around for 4 more years; regardless of who we nominate to oppose him. I think that Gephardt has the best chance of winning. He will easily win the Midwest, the Northeast is a strong Democratic base (that's why the GOP is having their convention in our stronghold New York City). Gephardt can win Georgia, Tennessee, and if there's no more scandal with voting machines...Florida. It will take a miracle for the GOP to win California despite their recent Governor issues. A running mate can assure victory in the region he or she is from. A Southerner can deliver Arkansas and Louisiana. An environmentally sound running mate can deliver Alaska, Oregon, and Washington. Clark as a running mate will be a huge bonus in States with lots of military personnel (who usually vote GOP in a landslide). Whoever the running mate is should be strategically chosen. Hate to say it, but that's why I felt that Liebermann was a poor choice for Gore's VP candidate...it didn't deliver any additional States.

Overall, I'm concerned that the Democratic candidates are so consumed with tearing each other up...there will no solid unity after the Convention to dethrone Dubya. I hope that I'm wrong.

I apologize if any of the above rambling is considered flamebait; it's just that I want to see the same unity we had for the Big Dog in 92. Here's the link for electoral vote numbers for each State

14. Hi. Bye. and that took weeks of planning
it was so nice for Condi to play the other half of the "regular couple" which slipped away under the camouflage of a government SUV with tinted windows leaving Crawford ... who would've ever known ... man, they're good ... "We looked like a normal couple," Bu$h said of himself and Rice.

now, they issue 'a script' to let us know how this happened, and what * said and stuff ... this, I'm sure, is exactly how it happened:

Behind the trip were weeks of top-secret planning, doubts and last minute questions. It began in mid-October when chief of staff Andy Card asked Bush whether he would be interested in going to Baghdad for the holiday.

Bu$h said he pulled his low on his face and slouched down in his seat to avoid being recognized by an airfield guard.

Air Force One landed at Andrews Air Force Base just outside Washington and was pulled into a huge hanger. Out of view, Bush then boarded an identical jumbo jet, used alternately with the other aircraft as Air Force One.

~ I'm on the edge of my seat by the logistics ~

Reporters who joined the trip at Andrews had their cell phones, pagers and other electronic devices taken away by security officials until the plane was headed toward Iraq.

~ brilliant ~ just like they did when * left Florida to go to Offut AFB on 9112001

... I'm a believer, Amen!

...wow... be sure and keep the window shades pulled when landing ...

it was a pleasant surprise ... we just happened to be here 600-strong with a Thanksgiving dinner waiting in case someone showed up ... trifectas just keep on coming ...

Bush served mashed potatoes for 10 minutes and then ducked into a meeting with national security adviser Condoleezza Rice, who had accompanied him to Baghdad, along with Bremer, Sanchez and four members of the Iraqi Governing Council.
