It sounds paranoid, but look around you. Our shortsightedness is going to be our undoing and they will pounce on us as soon as 1) our economy collapses 2) we descend into true revolution 3) They establish a militarized moon base.

They don't want to do it tomorrow, they will wait decades to do it if they have to, but they are preparing for it today (check out Rummy's trip to China late last year, it wasn't a social visit, we don't send the secretary of defense to drink tea and eat dim sum)."
