it's presidential election 2004 and... George W. Bush wins!!!

It's silly to dream politics but I think it reflects my growing apprehension that the economy is going to have just enough juice so AWOL*Bush can claim his tax cuts for the wealthy are helping YOU and the Iraq mess will be sorted out enough so it can be effectively transformed from quagmire-of-death to chickenhawk hero fest (yum) and of course we'll be flattened by the gay marriage thing because in Repug land up-is-down so equal rights is the shadow of evil.

Not that I'm really losing my optimism, I'm just a little worried sometimes. I think I'm going to work harder now to help boot Bush & Co in 2004.
