I used to get those at the movie theater. Also, the drinks came from a machine that was the kind that dropped the cup behind a little clear plastic window, then the ice plopped in, then the drink.
I'm so old.

My Mom use to go down the street where we lived and buy 1/2 gallon bottles of milk out of a vending machine.
