2. Actually,
Actually, more like Jan. 2.

The only good thing about Christmas is that it goes away, even if you do nothing. Bills and car repairs don't.

3. You're a bunch of scrooges!
I mean honestly, now. Don't you have an off dial on the radio? Own a CD. Lots of people take a lot of pleasure in Christmas. Are you all some kind of Puritan that doesn't like Christman, peace on earth, and all that? Not even Santa? C'mon.

..the hoopla adds to the feeling. Reasonable people can agree to disagree, so that's what we'll do. :-)

6. music
I'm with you Lady Freedom. It actually started before Thanksgiving. I listen to music every night when I go to bed. Helps me get to sleep. But some of the Xmas music is really yucky. I like the old tunes but they are playing some that really are bad. Not only can the singers not sing they mostly trill the scales.

7. I agree
Some of the versions aren't very good. Too much modern gloss and pop vocals.

Bing Crosby is my fave.

8. crosby
I like Der Bingle also. I heard a rendition of "The Little Drummer Boy" last night that was an insult to songwriters everywhere not to mention musical humanity.
