8. Good Idea

I was in a different fourm when some guy mouthed off that we had "liberated an oppressed people" (the Iraqis) and that it was justified, and right to do...and if it meant more bloodshed, well, then so be it.

So I then asked him why, if he SO believed this...why wasn't HE over there, shedding his OWN blood, for the cause. After all it is pretty easy for Repukes to be cavalier about the spilling of other people's blood.

You know what his response to me was??

"Well, when and if they start up a draft, I'll go."

My response was, "Why wait for a draft? If you so fervently believe in the cause...GO NOW!!"

His response...dead air.

People can't just make statements like that w/o backing them up! I Googled "Hillary White House ban military uniforms" and didn't find CRAP! Call him on it!!

and couldn't come up with anything. But that doesn't mean it doesn't exist - it just means that on the web there are 900 million web pages that mention Hillary, White House, and military, and many variations on those. I didn't feel like sifting through everything.
