Michael Moore is a freaking genius. I want to move to Canada.

3. I only recently saw it, too
Got it from Netflix. Intend to watch it once more before I return it. I showed it to a fairly well informed, liberal friend and even he was shocked at some of the material Moore presented.

What makes it such a good film is the way he puts the gun madness into context with this country. It's a violent country. It's a country that has death, destruction and killing on its mind. Most of the time people don't make that connection but this film makes it painfully obvious. For that reason alone, it is a significant film.

8. Ask you anything? What took you so long?? :-)
It is truly an amazing accomplishment. I still choke up when the Kmart spokesperson is reading the announcement about the ammunition.

"Strong men also cry" (Just watched The Big Lebowski for the 365th time)

9. What took me so long?
It only played for less than a week in my town {by the time I noticed, it was gone).

And it only became available at my local video store this week.

Some of us really *do* live outside big cities. And lots of us depend on DU to keep us from feeling totally isolated.
