Oh what it is to be a “democrat”

To be me, a left leaning person, You must hope the economy will worsen,

To be me, you have to love a tree,

To be me, you must think it is OK. To take some ones money away, And give it to another the very next day,

You see being me, is quite extraordinary, Because we know so much more than the ordinary, It is we who must guide you, Because you just don’t have it inside you,

Our view must be hidden for the masses, Since they never would understand the essence, Our secrets are ok, So just look the other way,

To be me, you are not a whom, Until you have left the womb, But our services can take away your baby, And don’t say maybe!

To be me, during war you can flee, Unless our leader is one of me, Then what we do is fine, Because the world is a friend of mine,

We must stop the conservative judges, Or they will prosecute our friends, Who love the law when it bends,

We love all our public school teachers, They help to fill our future speakers, Who tell the lies about our features,

You just don’t know how lucky it is to be me, You will just never be able to see, Why can’t you embrace Kyoto, Wait I must pose for a photo,

To be me you must hate the SUV, But any thing goes on TV, All the media works for me,

To me the Constitution is living and breathing, Some parts could use some heaving, When we are done we ain’t leaving, Because we must plant our seeds of deceiving,

The universities are ours, Where me mold those minds by the hours, To see the world as we do, And to make sure they never offend you,

You see I hate hate, And you might take the bait, And if you do, Off too thinking jail with you,

It’s too bad you don’t think like me, You see you just are not as smart as me, In time you will come to see, The utopia we will build for thee,
