I'm so sore from puking all day

My lower back is killing me, and im so sore i can barely move.

What are some things I could do to relax and get some of the pain to at least dull a bit?

Gravol suppositories might help your stomach. A warm bath might help your pain. (I think you might call Gravol Dramamine in the States.)

my SO has to lift the laptop for me--and its a very small powerbook.

i wish i could stretch...

That's what I did when I had the stomach bug from Hell about a month ago. It worked pretty well.
