I was an exchange student there in the early 90's (Jr. year abroad) and still speak fluent German. If you ever get a chance to visit Berlin (one of my most favorite cities, btw) you've got to go to the Reichstag. Visiting the building is free and the history lesson and the view are both worth far more than the entry fee. :)

This one is about two years old. Believe it or not, I'm wearing a yellow tie. I've been told I look like a casket salesman or a mortician in this pic. I am neither :-)


In this picture, I'm in the green shirt somewhat hidden behind the metal pole in the middle of the picture. I've since cut my hair very short, and shaved the beard off (which I had when this pic was taken, even if it's in shadows).
