Need help finding link -- British (?BBC) about ignorant Americans

kinda like Leno's "Jay-Walking" schtick. Someone had a thread about it a few days back, I think in GDF. The interviewers asked questions of Yanks on the street(? in Florida?) and the answers were appalling. Things like how many World Wars have there been, who is Tony Blair, who is in the Axis of Evil. etc.
