I almost played the nastiest trick last night...

....we rented The Ring on DVD and had friends over to watch it.

We found the extra on the DVD that is only the supposed inamges on "the tape" and played it. Two of our guests wondered if we should watch it, having been sufficiently scared by the full length film. We played it and watched anyway.

My wife and I each have cell phones, and hers was in the room where we watched the movie.

I almost called her phone as soon as that clip was finished, just to have it ring. How angry would they have been if I had done that???

...hey, you might want to edit that spoiler out of your post, just in case people haven't seen it. That scene was a surprise, even though it gives away very little.

I've been guilty of a few spoilers in my past, so I'm extra cautious.

Ive given spoilers and gotten hell, I told the end of Braveheart :D and the Green Mile :D. That movie scared the crap out of me actually. Pyschological horror like the Ring and The Shining scare me more so than somethin like Scream, Nightmare on Elm Street, and I actually laugh at the Leperacaun movies.

at the worst possible moment when we were watching, 'Ringu', the Japanese version. It was pretty scary.
