I need some ideas for a Christmas card caption.

I'm making our Christmas cards, as I do every year. We got some reindeer antlers and put them on the dog and took a picture. I put a red nose on him with my photo editing software. But I'm drawing a total blank as to what the caption of the picture should be. My husband came up with this:

Front of card: Have a very Merry Christmas
Inside: for me to poop on!

But I don't think our grandmas will get the Triumph reference. Anybody have any ideas? The dog's name is Spooner, if it helps.

TIA! Normally I would be able to do this myself, but as I've said many times now, pregnant=stupid (at least if you're me).

1. does the dog look happy or upset with the antlers?

2. He looks mildly depressed.

3. Since he's sad, maybe "Maybe next year we'll elect a president"

or how about "No - I said I wanted to EAT a reindeer!"

4. Can;t hink of much, but if he's sort of depressed,

then something along the lines about--just remember, we only have to humor these humans once a year.

Something like that to get the idea that the this wasn't the dog's idea!
