I consider him majorly responsible for Vincent Foster's suicide, due to his constant rumor-spreading.

2. Friedman is way worse than Safire in my opinion

Something about that twerp....I knew kids like that in grade school. Usually nosepickers. And they'd be the one to rat out fellow students to ingratiate themselves with the teacher(s) and the principal.

4. Don't forget Chalabi's information minister Judy Miller

She is the worst in my view, front page lie after lie, selling this bogus war.. in the end, because of a leaked email, it was revealed that her main source for all of the lies was Mr. Chalabi. Jayson Blair is fired, but Judy Miller still draws a paycheck. I guess the rule is be sure to lie BIG! :mad:

6. I like all the NYT columnists

I think they're all great writers and I enjoy reading all of them. Even Brooks and Safire.

7. I like Krugman and Herbert but the rest

are too enthralled with the status quo. They cannot see beyond the Beltway and NYC.

Not everyone lives the high and mighty lifestyles of very well paid journalists, Krugman and Herbert realize this and write about it.

They are voices for the voiceless and ignored.

8. Maureen Dowd is great....so is Nikolas Kristoff and their editorials

are usually 100% anti-Bush and anti-GOP.

Plus their letters usually run 3/4 against Bush.
