Never had the chance to hijack a thread before! :-)
Tonight we had casserole made from leftover turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and gravy.
Anchor Brewing Company's Holiday Ale was splendid with it! It's a very dark brown ale, not too sweet, and with coffee overtones.
What brew do you drink with your leftovers?

It's harder to pick a good beer than a wine. Wine is just so blah...anyfool can pick wine...
I like to drink Red Hook IPA with leftovers. I always find a nice ale goes good with any type of food. Also, recently started drinking Brooklyn Brown Ale with dinner. It's got a great finish that rounds off with the normal Brown Ale chococatey finish.
Ummm..I think I'm going to go grab another beer now.
