1. ok...Let's talk beer

Never had the chance to hijack a thread before! :-)

Tonight we had casserole made from leftover turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, and gravy.

Anchor Brewing Company's Holiday Ale was splendid with it!
It's a very dark brown ale, not too sweet, and with coffee overtones.

What brew do you drink with your leftovers?

3. Depends, Beer is much more difficult to judge

It's harder to pick a good beer than a wine. Wine is just so blah...anyfool can pick wine...

I like to drink Red Hook IPA with leftovers. I always find a nice ale goes good with any type of food. Also, recently started drinking Brooklyn Brown Ale with dinner. It's got a great finish that rounds off with the normal Brown Ale chococatey finish.

Ummm..I think I'm going to go grab another beer now.
