Any 20-somethings remember these?

http://www.x-entertainment.com/articles/0898/
I used to love them as a kid. I just remember them being the best things ever, maybe it was the green and the vanilla "ooze" inside of them or maybe I just loved the Ninja Turtles a little too much. Either way I wish they could bring them back so I could enjoy just one more turtle pie.

1. My roommate has a Ninja Turtles obsession, haha...
Has every episode on his computer, and still has a Ninja Turtles comforter and pillowcases on his bed.

3. One of those early 90's delicacies lost to the ages
:-( I don't remember if I liked them for the taste or for the fact that they were green like the turtles

5. My brother really liked those.
I loved the Ninja Turtles, but not enough to eat oozing pies from a convenience store.

6. never seen one before in my life, big ninja turtles fan too.
now i feel deprived. if you think about it, they were probably made with enough BHA/BHT to last 15-20 years. maybe you could enjoy one more?

according to the article, the guy hasn't had any luck finding one intact...only the wrappers. I guess these little buggers are like the holy grail of TMNT merchandise

10. I remember those! (and that my mom was too cheap to get them)
:) She only bought us fruit.

Same lunch everyday. Sandwich. Apple. Juice-like drink. Pretzels or chips.

13. I remember them!
I don't think I ever ate one, but I do recall seeing them in the store when I was a kid. I was big into the Ninja Turtles. Shredder was my favorite! :)

Oh, how I miss those days. Ninja Turtles, Fraggle Rock, blocky 8-bit Nintendo games.

17. Good stuff
I remember seeing them but I don't think I ever had one. I remember when I played Little League back in Elementary school the big thing with all the little kids was the Ninja Turtles Sno-Cones. Basically, green sno-cones (I'm not sure which flavor they were) with the Ninja Turtle stripe across the top in the color of your choice. (I was a Raphael fan myself.) Good stuff.

23. I remember having them on numerous occasions
I eventually came to the conclusion that they were too sweet and got tired of them. Imagine a 11 or 12 year old saying that something's too sweet! :wow: Then again, I always had somewhat sophisticated tastes, though I wouldn't hesitate to try another Turtle Pie again for old time's sake.

24. I loved those!
I used to get them all the time back in the early '90s! Plus, I used to get these jelly bean-type things called Turtle Eggs or something like that! Those were good too!

I wish I still had all my original Ninja Turtles figures. I had 'em all...and got rid of them. :(

I miss my youth. :(
