And now Apple has commercials praisin' Intel CPUs, "Imagine the possibilities".

Glad I use Linux and AMD... :crazy: I just don't understand why Apple wouldn't choose AMD...

1. Probably branding
Intel, as much as it chokes me to say it, had built a better marketing arm than AMD. How many superior products have failed bacuse of poor marketing? (As a matter of fact, yes, I am a bitter Amiga user)

2. All down to marketing.
Good thing I never chose Apple out of "loyalty". I'd drop them at this point. Apple's strong point was being its own self and not catering to the masses. (at least before the iMac)

So much for culture. If there ever was.

I'm a bitter Amiga user too.
