I made the most amazing smoked pork loin last night |

Started off with 4 loins. Brined them overnight in a sea salt/honey/pepper/tabasco mix. Next morning, fired up the smoker and used a mix of oak, hickory and mesquite chips. I rubbed the loin (insert joke here) with garlic and cayenne. Then stuck it in the smoker.
After about 3 hours, it was tender. PUlled it out, sliced it 15 min later and served it with a chipotle sauce. YUMMMMMMM!!!
P.S. I'm having the leftovers for lunch
