But they don't deliver and out of the ones that deliver, Pizza Hut, Dominos and Papa John's, I like Pizza Hut the best.

Not as a gratuity, but in the form of a per mile charge...(say $0.35/per mile). The driver likely keeps track of his/her mileage and gets paid cash at the end of the night for that.

But if you get it delivered not only should you tip but tip well. (I delivered in college and I know that of the 1.50 that was charged for deliv i got .25)
