Your house is listed at $549,000. Your house is a) a pig sty, and b) horridly decorated. If your house is really worth that much, chances are you can afford some furniture made since 1978. Purchase some. Hell, St. Vincent's probably has something more current and certainly in better shape. And please pick up the...whatever that thing is that looks like men's unmentionables lying beside the cluttered desk in the *living room* with the...what is that, a stolen streetlight? lamp and half the GDP of Bolivia's worth of filthy children's toys. You might also want to address the paper carpet, unless one of your selling points is that you do, in fact, have carpeting made of about 4 reams of what appears to be copier paper. These things really detract from the experience of viewing your otherwise lovely home. In fact, we're I held at gunpoint right at this very moment, a mere 5 minutes since viewing this tragedy, I'd be hard pressed to give any further detail.

1. Sometimes for fun I watch the Real Estate channel on the cable Tee Vee.

I am amazed at the houses around this county in that price range that look like they were decorated by the set decorator on Roseanne. Or the owners went to a department store warehouse and picked out the most expensive "country home" collection (the PLAID!! The dark wood! It's classy! Let's use it everywhere!!) and just decided that was their home's "look." I'm not doing it justice, but I feel your pain. It' depressing in many respects.
