I HATE AOL --my story

some time ago my son installed a used computer for me , and signed it on to AOL, much to my disapproval . I immediately cancelled it (I thought) and since the computer was crap anyway .I did not use it.


Then payments to AOL started showing up on my credit card;

In order to get RID of it, I got a new credit card number.

Most of my bills are paid by automatic withdrawl from my bank.

Last month ,LOW AND BEHOLD, there was a withdrawl by AOL for $22.95


I am going to my bank in the morning to sign some kinda legal papers to get them the hell out of my checking account.

I don't know of a single tech who has anything nice to say about AOL.
Those SOB's (AOL) and their bloated software can screw up a computer so fast, it's amazing..
To uninstall the crap, it usually takes 1 hour going into the Registry and system files..AAGGGG!!
