24 (Spoilers)
Is this the last season or something?

This season they've killed off some longstanding characters:
David
Michelle
Edgar
Tony

Is there anyone left we care about? Chloe and Jack, I guess. but that's about it.

1. Since people are always doing this in Sopranos and Lost threads
I'll do it here and say.....I don't watch or get that show. I've tried numerous times to get into it, most notably the first episodes of the first season and second season. Each time I lose interest very quickly. It all just strikes me as patriot torture porn for conservatives. Obviously that's not the case since I know many liberals who really like the show as well. It just seems a little too much for me.

2. I am glad they killed the hobbit
He was the one most deserving to die. I feel sorry for Tony. His character was okay and he could have given more to the series.

5. I loved Edgar
He was so cute the way he had a crush on Chloe.

9. Holy shit!
I didn't realize that was him! I thought he looked familiar. Oh well, he's dead now.

6. I was having a hard time imagining
Samwise as being in charge of CTU.

I know that's not fair to Sean Astin, but I couldn't help it.

Maybe I need to watch Rudy for a while.

10. A room full of poison gas...
... an Kim is still alive, while the lumpy but loveable Edgar lies dead. No justice I tell ya, no justice at all! Suggestion for next season... Jak spends 24 hours tortuing Kim. I'd buy those DVD's!

12. That is the only thing that would redeem the show!
It would also be fun to see the mountain lion actually eat Kim this time.

As long as they're killing everyone off, we might as well enjoy it.

8. My main question re: this season is how come the Chinese
Intelligence Agencies haven't picked up on the fact that he's still alive? They were all but the all-seeing eye of Sauron last season, when do they show up to screw everythign up?

13. That will probably be next week's episode
President Weenie-boy will have to make a decision about handing Jack over to the Chinese.

14. Last season reaked beyond belief
But this season has been pretty damn good (by network TV standards)

I'd be lying if I said I wasn't looking forward to the whole Prison Break/24 monday nights starting next week. Sure it's a lot of empty calories in my entertainment diet, but damn it's fun to watch.

15. I thought last season was half great/half crap.
Shooting down Air Force was brilliant, having the new CTU head's daughter be a freaking nutcase was stupid, etc.

But this season is definitely one of the better ones.
