BERLIN -- German authorities said a tip from the former boyfriend of a 36-year-old woman led police to the grisly discovery of three badly decomposed corpses of newborn infants.
A police spokesman said an infant boy and girl were found wrapped in the attic of her home, while skeletal remains of a third infant were found in a trash bin.
The former boyfriend, whose name was also not released, discovered the corpses in the attic when he had dropped by the house to pick up some of his things. The two had been separated for a year.
