Should I kuss out people who post the Brazillion joke?

When I click on a thread thinking its going to be something good and its the joke...well, its funny if it happens once every few days, but not when it happens constantly. I get the urge to kuss out the poster and leave otherwise nasty comments. Should I? It will encourage them won't it.
