I just cooked and ate one of the most.... |
|
disgusting/delicious meals I have ever had.
While shopping for food for AlienGirl, I was overcome with a hunger urge, and a very specific set of cravings, and knew what I had to do...
English muffins ground beef eggs
I fried the beef as hamburger patties, fried an egg (over easy) and put it on top, then sandwiched it in a muffin.
It sounds damn near revolting, even to me. It tasted awesome though.
Normally I only eat eggs scrambled, but I usually give in to bizarre cravings. This was one of the most bizarre.

Like I said.. I am not a fan of it either, but sometimes you have to go with what your body demands.

I had thought to put cheese on it, but found we had none when I got home. Bacon was a thought, but too over the top.
