I quit almost 8 months ago. One week is a biggee.

If you need something to ponder think about how you used to couldn't leave the house or work without your cigarettes. Did you check them to see how many you had and if you would need more? Was every single thing you did focused on when you could smoke again and if it was going to be a while how many you thought you should smoke before YOU COULDN'T ANYMORE!!?!??!??!?!

I think about it from time to time and feel like a complete idiot for doing it all those years.

3. You want to know what got me to where I am? Republicans.

I was reading last weekend exactly how much the Tobacco Industry donates to Republicans in the last 15 years, and it was intoxicating. So really, it's been 144 hours since I've given my last dollar to help Republicans reelect themselves to office.

Whatever works, right?!
