For my 1000th post

I dedicate to and thank the one who introduced me to DU, one of the smartest level headed rational thinking persons I know, my fishin’ buddy, wait, actually, my lawyer, well actually, one of the most thoughtful people that I ever met, all of that and one of my best friends , oh wait, it’s my daughter and she's all of those and more. She posts regularly here, a real asset to Du and to everyone who knows her. She’s a very special lady and I’m very proud of her and her values, political and otherwise.

There's something really special about the Father/Daughter connection. I absolutely LOVE my Dad....and my daughter, in turn, has my hubby completely wrapped around her finger. :D
