6. I tweaked my back. I am under the influence of Vicodin
so I am a bit buzzed at the moment. It still hurts but I do not care.

I am sorry the Twins could not sweep the Yankmes.

8. Thats ok, 2/3 is great
We won agaisnt the Angels last night so I'll take that gladly because the Angels are a team I had going far this year and the Orioles did great. D-Cab didn't have control problems last night either so that was great plus Miggy went yard.

13. Yeah he's great but the best player in baseball right now is
Albert Pujols, he reminds me of those old time baseball players like Musial, Williams, etc who had all the tools. The best player in baseball isn't A-Rod, it's Albert Pujols. That display he did against the Reds on Easter Sunday was amazing.

16. No I can't legally buy booze
Edited on Tue Apr-18-06 04:16 AM by JohnKleeb
You can thank uuhh Reagan for that though to be fair I see the validity in it because there are a lot of dumbasses who think its just fine to binge drink. If drinking was a more cultural thing here in the states like it is in Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, etc then I think the problems with alcohol wouldn't be here as much because alcohol had a taboo status for a while thanks to the temperance movement.

17. We have just as many dumbasses (actually, depending on where
you are. Where I am now there are not so many bingers, but back home, people would pot-and-grog binge from 14.... grrrrrrrrrrrr......)

27. That's all they have left. It is too dry to grow pot, and too poor
for any other drug. Rural communities where you can grow pot have kids smoking from 14... and drinking.... it had killed the community I left.:cry::cry:

28. I know how that is
I have a sort of conservative mindset on drugs because of family experience. I tend to be more lenant on pot but as far as cocaine, heroin, and the like go they should all be illega.

no worries. Family experience too.

35. Oh, yeah! That's the spirit.
We will someday, perhaps, be fortunate enough to live in a world where we recognise our own judments to be as flawed as ourselves.

Meh, anyway, what is the meaning of life?

25. Depends whats on TV
I listened to a baseball game on my radio and went to bed at 9:30. If Law and Order is on and its new I usually go to bed at 11. However there are times when I go to bed at 2-3.

31. I can't sleep for very long after the sun is up.

On the nights that I stay up till 3 or 4 playing with DU, my sleep pattern gets screwed up for days. I have trouble falling asleep between 4 and 5. For many years I woke up at exactly 3:33. Then it started alternating with 4:44. It was so odd that I moved any clock that could be making a click out of my room but it didn't help. x( I started wondering if there had been some trauma in my life at that hour.
When I was young, my father and first stepmother would put pillows and blankets in the backseat of our car for long drives to Florida. As an adult I have gotten up at 3 AM many times to go boating. I guess I'm really a creature of the day.

I've been having sleep problems since I was real young and I still can't close my eyes willingly. I think that's because I got droopy eye in one eye.
